You can return un-used party items and accessories up to 15 days after the delivery date.
Items returned must be in new and unused condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy.
All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product.
Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected.
Eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
Party Social will process your return and issue a full refund less initial shipping charges within 7 days of receipt.
All refunds must be made to the card you originally paid with.

Please note, you must include a copy of your order number when returning your item(s).
If an item is deemed faulty and you choose to return it, we will inspect the item prior to issuing a refund. If the item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we will issue a full refund of the item plus the delivery costs of returning to Party Social (up to the cost of delivery paid by you to ship the item to you). Under some circumstances, we will arrange a collection of faulty goods.
Faults must be reported upon delivery. Where possible, please check the package before accepting from the courier, and refuse to accept any items where the box has been severely damaged.
